Alois Camenzind’s tax practice focuses on: national and international tax law, in particular with regard to mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate succession planning, real estate transactions and financing; tax litigation proceedings; legal opinions on tax questions and assistance in tax-related criminal matters. Alois Camenzind is a member of various boards of directors and also acts as an executor of wills.
